  2. Anything not currently mentioned is either due to the books I've covered haven't mentioned or included them. At some point I will be expanding upon entries as I collect more sources, but I wanted to start with the books I own that are older before proceeding to newer research.

    I will eventually stop being lazy and post a list of the books I use as sources, as well.
